Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)

• Orders under $50: $5.99
• Orders $50+: FREE

Expedited Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

• Flat rate: $12.99
• FREE on orders over $100

Overnight Shipping

• Available for $19.99 on orders placed before 12 PM EST
• Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories.
• International shipping is available for Canada and Mexico only.
• Certain perishable pet foods may have additional shipping requirements or restrictions.
• Oversized items (over 50 lbs) may incur additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

Canada:

• Standard (7-10 business days): $15.99
• Expedited (3-5 business days): $29.99

Mexico:

• Standard (10-14 business days): $19.99
• Expedited (5-7 business days): $34.99

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, with neighbors)
2. Wait 24 hours as packages sometimes show as delivered shortly before actual delivery
3. Contact our customer service team if still not found

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged package and products
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. We’ll arrange for return shipping and replacement at no cost to you
