Zoo Med Banquet Feeding Blocks are time release feeding blocks designed to provide a steady source of nutrition for a variety of aquarium fish over 3 to 14 days, depending on the block size. Ideal for weekend or vacation feeding, these Original Banquet® blocks are also an excellent daily food source for problem feeders such as Plecostomus, Algae Eaters, Redtail Sharks, Gouramis, Saltwater Tangs, Angels, and Damsels. The blocks contain high protein micro pellets to support healthy growth, especially for bottom feeders and small fry who thrive on constant feeding. Multiple blocks can be placed across the aquarium floor to accommodate territorially aggressive fish. Each block feeds approximately 15-20 average sized aquarium fish. These feeding blocks do not cloud aquarium water but should not be used in fish bowls or aquariums lacking aeration or filtration.
